About This Route

A scenic connection between Annonay and Valence over the quieter roads of the northern Ardèche. Rolling hills, wooded valleys and small villages provide an enjoyable alternative to the direct Rhône corridor, whichever way you ride it. Together with the Pilat Traverse it replaces the former Lyon–Valence connection with two sharper, more rewarding rides.
